The structure of society as we knew it is gone. My wife and I walk hand in hand through what was once an airport. Taking in the spaces that have been created in what was long ago, terminals. Some are like homes, others filled with people socializing around oddities of the world that was, some are like a diner, one is a karaoke space. And the last one come. We come upon is an adult sized play place. It’s red and yellow with some orange. There is a big red slide that I want to try. The man who built and upkeeps the playplace is welcoming kind and invites us to come by anytime. He explains there is a bathroom in the back right corner and sleep pods in the back, 3 of which are available right now. The whole concept feels likes humans trying to be individual in the space they each have but open to others enjoying their spaces. Wife and I explain that we will come back for a sleepover for sure and to try that slide after we explore the rest of the terminals. I blink and I’m in a completely different area of the airport, I’m in a room being touched by my wife’s hands and more. I don’t know who I’m by walking mind but in the dream it felt like I know who’s touching me and I love it.
